That picture was also taken sometime in 1992 or 1993. It was just one of many abandoned houses right in the middle of Moscow where today you will find modern megabuildings full of everything and nothing. Then is was rich with a special Moscow chic one can hardly experiense these days. Nice, very nice memory...
